Our Story
FC Farm to Table began with shared passion for honest work, quality food, and the ranching lifestyle. As Forester and Childress, we wanted to build something lasting together - a family business rooted in faith, hard work, and respect for our animals and community.
We started raising Wagyu and choice beef because we believe families deserve to know where their food comes from - and to taste the difference that comes from cattle raised with care, clean fee, and a personal touch. Every cut we sell reflects our dedication to quality, sustainability, and the simple joy of good beef shared around the table.
Our Practices
At FC Farm to Table, we believe healthy land makes for healthy cattle - and that’s the start of great beef. We take pride in caring for our pastures just like we care for our herd.
We rotate our grazing, so the grass has time to rest and grow back strong, keep our soil rich and healthy with natural fertilizers, and make sure our cattle always have clean water and open space. Nothing fancy - just good stewardship and common-sense care for the land that feeds us all.
By working with nature instead of against it, we’re able to raise beef that’s not only tender and flavorful but also raised responsibly for the next generation.
