Products & Availability - Our beef products are offered subject to availability. Because many products are sold by weight, packaged individually, or processed in small batches, inventory and final pricing may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at anytime.

Pricing - Some products are sold at fixed price, while others are sold by hanging weight, packaged weight, or estimated weight. For products requiring a custom quote: Pricing shown on the website is an estimate or starting price only, Final pricing may vary depending on actual weight and processing selections, Customers will receive an invoice or quote for approval before payment is finalized.

Deposits & Payments - Certain orders, including whole or half beef purchases, may require a deposit before processing. Payment must be completed before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel orders for non-payment.

Pickup & Delivery - Customers are responsible for picking up orders during scheduled pickup times unless delivery has been arranged. Please ensure adequate freezer space before pickup. Once products are picked up or delivered, responsibility transfer to the customer.

Refunds & Returns - Due to the perishable nature of beef products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Custom Processing Orders - Custom-cut or processor-specific orders are final once submitted for processing. Weights, cuts, and packaging may vary slightly due to natural processing differences.

Food Safety - Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and cooking of all meat products after pickup or delivery.

Website Information - We strive to keep products descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability - FC Farm to Table shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
